A Supreme Court Texas State Certified civil process server.

The first attempt at service made within 48 hours. There will be 4 - 6 attempts depending on the Court / State requirements.

We will execute service according to the laws / rules of civil procedure for the state where the legal documents are issued.

After service is successfully executed we will email the signed and notarized proof of service to you at no additional charge.

If service is not possible, we will give you a detailed affidavit of due diligence with a complete history of our service attempts including dates and times.

We do E-filing of all State of Texas-issued documents on a case by case basis.
